Welcome!
During this series of 4 workshops, experienced teachers and yoga practitioners Henry Miles and Jennifer Hannibal will guide you through techniques and practices that are included in creating a full and rounded yoga practice.
What subjects will it cover?
We have broken the course down into 4 different (3hour) workshops that can be enjoyed in isolation or joined together to create an immersive course. Areas we will cover include; the 8 limbs, what does a yogic life look like, pranayama and chanting, asana as a mode of inquiry, and mindfulness meditation.
Who is this course for?
The course is suitable for anyone who has experienced yoga before and wants to learn more. Especially furthering their experience of yoga other than asana. It is suitable for students with limited experience as well as experienced practitioners. It is not suitable for those who have not experienced yoga before (absolute beginners). Do reach out to Henry or Jen if you are unsure whether this is you.
Why an immersion course?
We have met many students over the years who want to broaden their yoga practice, but don’t want to undertake a yoga teacher training. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and journey in community.
What is the benefit of completing all 4 weeks?
We have built this program to support yoga practitioners in developing a healthy and sustainable practice. In completing the full program, you will benefit from broadening your knowledge and experience of yoga to be able to creatively deepen & expand your daily practice.
Anyone who enrols onto all 4 workshops up front will also receive an invitation to a complimentary post course 1:1 support session. To help you integrate what you have learnt into your daily life.
How much will it cost?
$80 for a single workshop or $300 for all 4 workshops, (paid up front)
Whats included?
