It all begins with an idea of knowing there is a different way of being.
Perhaps you’ve tried apps, books, podcasts or retreats before. You know it works, you can feel the value but you just can’t seem to make the practice stick. I can help you to build a sustainable meditation practice into the life you have.
The benefits of having a regular self-practice has been proven to reduce stress and improve quality of daily life. My approach is derived from the rigorously tested and evidence based Mindfulness based Stress Reduction course (MBSR). A blend of ancient wisdom and modern psychology.
Private one-to-one sessions can be held in-person, at your home or online. Learning and integration best happens over a period of 6-8 consecutive weeks, however single sessions can also be selected whenever you need them.
