Summer Silent Meditation Morning

Saturday 26th July, 9am-1pm
Crantock Village Hall, Cornwall


​I am SO EXCITED to be offering a nourishing morning of silent mindful movement and meditation practice with my dharma sister Katie Austin.

Spending time in silence is a very powerful way to support the deepening of meditative calm and insight (Vipassana). Being together in this way allows us to explore a degree of solitude, while having the support of the group.

Session includes:
-
Group opening intention setting and closing integration session.
- Mindful movement practices inspired by yoga and Qi Gong (can be done in a chair)
- Mindful walking (option to be outside on the grass weather permitting)
- Grounding stiller meditation practices
- Safely held trauma sensitive space.
- Tasty healthy(ish) vegan cake and tea silent eating break at 11am.

This session is suitable for those with some previous meditation practice. Such as attending a meditation course with a qualified instructor, having a solid personal meditation practice for at least 3 months or had previous silent meditation retreat experience. This session is not suitable for complete beginners. If you aren't sure if the session is suitable for you, please reach out.
